Canmore River Float Raft Tour

Trip Details:

1.5 hour scenic float on (round trip) moving water

Departures:

10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm

Trip Includes:

PFD, interpretive guide, shuttle back to the put-in, of your tour.

Trip Prices:

• $50 Adult, $25 Children ages 3 -10 (Minimum age is 3)
• Private Raft $425 – up to 10 guests (Minimum age is 6 months) – please call to book private raft at (403) 675-3900
• Prices do not include tips for guides

Canmore Raft Tour guides meet all guests at the river before each tour. The guides will check your groups waivers, fit you in a PFD and give a brief river awareness talk before the rafts depart. We carry first aid and dry bags (to carry any extra cloths or items guests need to bring). In case of rain or inclement weather we recommend bringing an appropriate rain jacket. Be sure to bring along your camera and our guides would be happy to take some family pictures for you. The best shots are from the river! During the trip our guides will share stories about the Bow Valley and its natural and cultural histories. They will also be happy to answer any questions about the area that you may have. At the end of the tour we will bring you back to the starting point and get you on your way for your next adventure.

Location:

The Canmore Public Boat Launch is located at the intersection of Bridge Rd and Rundle Dr. It’s also sometimes referred to as being on Rundle Crescent, near the intersection with Bridge Road. You can find it by heading south on Main Street (8th Street) in Canmore, turning left onto 8th Avenue, which will become Bridge Road, and then taking the first left after crossing the bridge over the Bow River. Limited parking is available in the public lot or along the street.
