Paddle Canada Instructor – Intermediate

For experienced paddlers and instructors ready to teach at the intermediate level. Build the technical skills, teaching progressions and safety judgement needed to lead intermediate courses on moving water.

Course Details

• Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
• Location: Bow Valley and Kananaskis rivers
• Prerequisites: Paddle Canada intermediate skills certification (or equivalent), current first aid and moving water rescue training; contact us to confirm

What to Bring

• Your own canoe and paddling gear if you have them (rentals available – ask when booking)
• Wetsuit or dry suit, helmet and PFD
• Warm non-cotton layers and a full change of clothes
• Packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle
• Notebook and pen
