Course Details

  • Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
  • Location: Canmore and Kananaskis area rivers
  • Prerequisites: comfortable swimming

What to Bring

  • Dry suit or full wetsuit (rentals may be available – ask when booking)
  • Helmet, PFD and river shoes if you have your own
  • Warm non-cotton layers, toque and a full change of clothes
  • Packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle
  • Notebook and pen
